Data Request/Custom Maps
The following is a list of services provided by the Volusia County Property Appraiser’s Office.
Data Request
To place a Data Request order: Send an email to VCPA@Volusia.org listing your specific search criteria and preferred delivery method.
Payment must be remitted to this office before we begin the data extract, and once payment is received, please allow up to two weeks to generate the report.
Payment in the form of a check can be mailed to:

Or you may drop off payment in person to any of our four office locations.
Additionally, you may find this data in our Public Access database, which is free to download and can be found on our website here:
http://vcpa.vcgov.org/database.html
Click on the Tax Roll link of the most current year in order to download a zip file containing the Access database.

Map Request
To place a Map Request order: Send an email to VCPA@Volusia.org listing your specific mapping criteria/attributes, preferred storage device (1TB min.), and preferred delivery method.
Payment must be remitted to this office before we begin the mapping, and once payment is received, please allow up to two weeks to generate the map.
